Don Allen
Public Relations (Volunteer)
Don Allen is the founding partner of The Allen Group, an investor relations and corporate communications consulting firm based in Liberty, Missouri. He previously served as Vice President of Corporate Communications for Incuity Software in Mission Viejo, California, a developer of business intelligence software for manufacturing companies (now a business unit of Rockwell Automation). Before that he was director of corporate communications and investor relations for Quest Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: QSFT), in Irvine, California, and was director of corporate public and investor relations for FileNET Corp. (Nasdaq: FILE) in Costa Mesa, California. For eight years before that he was director of public and investor relations for Wonderware Corporation (Nasdaq: WNDR), also based in Irvine.
Don earlier was a public relations and investor relations consultant specializing in high technology clients. He also held corporate public relations and investor relations management posts with Xerox Corporation in New York, with Digital Equipment Corporation in Boston, and with General Automation in Anaheim. He began his career as a journalist and bureau manager with United Press International. He holds a BA degree from the University at Albany (N.Y.), has studied for his MBA at the University of Southern California and has completed the Advanced Investor Relations Program at the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Kwame Ahene

Kwame Ahene is a recent graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz whose keen interest in the intersection between Public Health and emerging technologies has taken him from the classroom to various internships ranging from one at a Santa Cruz County Health Services Agency, where he examined health policy issues transpiring in Santa Cruz County, to one at the eHealth startup RememberItNow! in Silicon Valley. He is a forward and diligent thinker whose work has earned him a placement on UCSC’s Dean’s Honor Roll.
Vanessa Flink-Larsen

Vanessa obtained her degree in Communications from Indiana University and has spent the last two years working for a Fortune 500 company in the medical field. Her not-for-profit work includes 15 years as a volunteer at the Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center in Illinois. Through Artists for HHP she hopes to unite her philanthropic spirit with her passion for music.
Matthew Wahhab
Social Media Team (Volunteer)
Matthew Wahhab is a junior at California State University, Fullerton majoring in Health Science. He has achieved a 4.0 GPA within his major and has been awarded consecutive mentions on the Dean’s List, CSUF’s highest academic honor. Outside of the classroom he is a member of the health science honor society, Eta Sigma Gamma, and an active participant of the Student Leadership Institute. He has experience working in the healthcare field as an intern at a well-known rehabilitation clinic in Cypress, California. His future educational goals are to earn his master’s degree in healthcare administration along with his juris doctor or master’s degree in business administration. Matthew plans on entering a career in hospital administration upon finishing his education.
